Refund Policy

All sales are final after the time limits of the terms set below and research will commence as follows:

Initial Research: begins within 24 hours of first installment; Installments are $100 per person with no obligation to continue and no hidden fees, fully refundable up to 3 calendar days after payment (stop research by sending an email to author@timelesschronicle.com. Please type in the subject line: STOP RESEARCH and include in the body your name and the name of the ancestor/s). All research will cease and any work will deleted.

Onsite Research: begins 7 days after proposal is initiated in order to insure reservations and best pricing; refundable up to 6 days prior to departure. (stop research by sending an email to author@timelesschronicle.com. Please type in the subject line: STOP RESEARCH and include in the body your name and the name of the ancestor/s) All research will cease and third party refunds will be requested. Paid in advance rebates are available and are subject to the final expense report at the end of an expedition for any overpayments to travel costs, lodging, repository fees, document ordering fees, transportation costs, and any other advanced third party fees unrelated to Timeless Chronicles services. All Timeless Chronicles services are non-refundable after departure for services. Services will commence as agreed upon on day 7.

Each project will be accompanied by a receipt for services complete with an expense report to include the original receipts of all third party expenses if applicable.

Lodging is refunded by the policies of the establishment. Timeless Chronicles works to choose fully refundable options to our clients. Timeless Chronicles is not affiliated with any lodging establishments.

Travel is by American Airlines and is subject to American Airlines policies regarding refunds. Timeless Chronicles works to provide fully refundable options to our clients.

Timeless Chronicles includes all third party associated taxes and fees in proposals.
